Hayfever: The Facts
We are at that time of year when for many it is the start of sneezing, runny noses and itchy eyes, the early symptoms are usually caused by tree pollen. In May, as the season really gets going, the culprits usually plane tree pollen and oil seed rape flowers. June to August will be the grass and weed pollens, from where hayfever gets it name.
Wagon Wheels may have got smaller but our portions have increased in size. It is a fact that many of us eat more than we used to and the culprit is the amount we buy and serve.
